The hotel had a cool vibe, and the room was really spacious and clean! I loved how modern the bathroom was, plus the location is super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were quite friendly, especially the housekeeping team, who made sure my room was spotless every day.

Now, here's the kicker! The dining experience was a total mess. They added unexpected charges to my bill, and the whole meal situation was confusing. I expected more for a half board deal, but surprise! Water was the only free drink. the service felt disorganized, which totally took away from the nice room.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a four-day getaway with my wife, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, particularly Mr Mohammed at the reception. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team, led by Mr Mallick, maintained excellent hygiene standards. The breakfast buffet was good, and I appreciated the personalized service from Mr Haseeb, who attentively managed my dietary needs. The overall ambiance was serene, and the convenient basement parking was a great addition.

The staff, led by Mr Mohammed Al Shammari, provided really good service, making me feel welcome. The room quality was superb, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety, and I appreciated the prompt fulfillment of my request for an ergonomic pillow. The basement parking was an added convenience, and having the F&B manager present during meals ensured a professional dining experience.
